Terms of Service

Last updated: May 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of streetinterview.ai (the “Service”), operated by the team behind StreetInterview.AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

StreetInterview.AI lets creators generate short videos with AI models (currently Grok Imagine, Google Veo, and ByteDance Seedance, accessed via xAI and OpenRouter), apply custom branding/watermarks, and optionally schedule those videos to publish automatically to connected social accounts (TikTok and Instagram).

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
  • One person or legal entity per account. You may not share login credentials.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

3. Credits, billing, and refunds

  • The Service runs on a prepaid credit system. Credit packages are purchased through Stripe.
  • Credit prices, package sizes, and what each generation costs may change. Changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.
  • Generated videos and credits are non-transferable.
  • Unless required by law or by your local consumer-protection rules, credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. If a video fails to generate due to our error or a provider outage, we will return the credits to your balance.
  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create, store, or publish content that:

  • infringes anyone’s intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights;
  • depicts real, identifiable people without their consent, including non-consensual sexual imagery, harassment, or defamation;
  • sexualizes minors in any way;
  • promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activity;
  • spreads malware, phishing links, or other deceptive content;
  • impersonates another person, brand, or public official;
  • violates the terms of any third-party service you connect (including TikTok and Meta/Instagram); or
  • otherwise breaks applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, remove offending content, and report illegal activity to authorities.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts, reference images, and other inputs you submit (“Your Inputs”) and, subject to these Terms and the underlying AI providers’ terms, the videos generated from them (“Generated Videos”).

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Inputs and Generated Videos solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you — including sending your prompts to the AI model providers needed to fulfill your request and uploading Generated Videos to social platforms you have connected.

You are solely responsible for the legality and consequences of what you generate and publish through the Service.

6. AI output disclaimer

The Service produces synthetic content. AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or unintentionally similar to existing works. We do not warrant that Generated Videos are accurate, original, fit for any purpose, or free of third-party claims. You are responsible for reviewing what you generate before publishing it.

7. Connected social accounts (auto-mode)

If you connect a TikTok or Instagram account to enable auto-publishing:

  • You authorize us to upload videos and read minimal profile information on your behalf, scoped to what those platforms grant during OAuth.
  • You can disconnect a connected account at any time from the auto-mode page; that revokes our stored access token.
  • Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with TikTok Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • If a third-party platform rejects, removes, or rate-limits a post, we will surface the error but cannot guarantee delivery.

8. Intellectual property in the Service

The Service’s code, UI, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or trade dress.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if continued service poses legal or security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (i) your use of the Service, (ii) Your Inputs or Generated Videos, or (iii) your violation of these Terms or any law.

13. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also update these Terms; we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice when reasonably possible. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive forum for disputes is the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a different right.
